Description

WWI US Model 1913/17 English Enfield Rifle Bayonet. Bayonet measures 21.5" overall with a blade length of 17". Blade shows a brown age patina with scattered rust/pitting. Blade has not been sharpened and does not have any chips on the blade edge. Excellent working press-stud, with nice walnut grips. Comes with leather and steel ends scabbard showing age patina, wear. comes with canvas frog from WWII. Ricasso markings: "1913/11-16/REMINGTON" Co. name in a circle. Opposite side shows British cartouches, markings.
These bayonets were made under British Contract by Remington and were made for the British Pattern 1914 Rifle. See photos for further details, clarification, and condition. A great looking piece!
